Team Captains are responsible for their player’s actions and are responsible for getting this message to their teammates.
All Players must have their Team Shirt - It is mandatory that teams have all matching color shirts with numbers, Teams will be allowed one #0 or shirt with no number (has to be team color). A technical foul will be assessed for every player without a jersey. These players will receive a technical foul which counts as a personal foul and a team foul. The opposing team will start with the ball and the possession arrow. No free throws will be shot.
Bench Personnel and Visitors - All bench personal must be sitting on the bench away from sideline and scorer’s table. All spectators and children must stay clear of the sideline and scorer’s table. A warning will be assessed and second offense will be a technical foul. Visitors and children are not to play with a basketball on the side during games.
Foul Language - Will not be tolerated in any context and will result in technical foul.
Street Shoes, Spectators and kids - Please make sure you bring a pair of shoes to change into. If your team has spectators or children present please make sure they stay off the court. Outside dirt makes the court slippery. We sweep prior to league begins every night.
Trash - Please make a conscious effort to clean up your bench after every game, the gym has been a mess after league nights All Players are registered in a program at the Worcester JCC. The Worcester JCC Code of Conduct and rules of league including our Zero Tolerance Policy are to be followed accordingly.

In game rules:
MIAA High School Rules are enforced
A team can start and finish a game with four players if need be although this is not recommend by league standards. Fill In players are able to attend and play up filling out a waiver form.
Games will be played with running time in the entire first half, Stoppage time will occur with two minutes or under in the second half. In the event of overtime a three minute period with be played with stoppage the last minute of that period. Teams will be granted only one timeout in overtime.
The clock does not stop if there is a lead of 15 or more points.
Teams receive two Timeouts per half that do not carry over.
If a player commits five fouls they foul out of the game. In the event that a team has five players and no substitution they can remain with five players on the court but if a player with 5 fouls commits his sixth foul they will be charged with a technical foul. If multiple players foul out the last five remaining on the floor are to remain on the floor.
In Season Rules:
Fill in players are able to play in the event of a team being short players. To be eligible for the playoffs or webcams a player must play in three games over the course of the regular season. The one exception is that an injury replacement can be added to a team under circumstances approved by league director.
If a team cannot attend a game a at least 24 hours’ notice is needed to league director. If a team forfeits a game they will not be given a makeup game.
